At AM Beauty, we take great care to ensure that every product is thoughtfully packaged and safely delivered to you. Our goal is to provide you with the best skincare experience — one that’s kind to your skin and mindful of the planet.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we take every precaution to protect your order during shipping, we understand that unexpected damage can occur.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the shipping box
- Replacement address: The address where you’d like us to send the replacement product
Once we review your claim, we will:
- Resend a replacement product at no additional cost. In most cases, we process reshipments within 72 hours. However, if an internal investigation is required, it may take longer.
- If we are unable to resolve the issue after step 1, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
• Products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• We cannot accept returns for opened, used, or undamaged items.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
